Healings

This session is designed to help you gain clarity and overcome feelings of overwhelm and stagnation, allowing you to live in greater alignment with your highest self. Through intuitive guidance, I will lead you through a healing that combines energy work and spiritual channeling to address and move past your challenges.

Together, we will co-create with Source to achieve your desired outcomes, facilitating healing and providing clarity on your next steps. This session is a collaborative effort, tailored to your unique needs, to help you break free from feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated and stuck and move forward with confidence and purpose.

Before your session starts, I spend time channeling and meditating to connect with your energetic body and your angels and guides. This allows my energetic body to connect with your energy and higher self to prepare for our healing session together. 

Once your session begins, you then have the opportunity to share with me what is going on in your life or if there is anything specific you want to target in your session.

Once the intention for the session is set, you are guided through a mini meditation to ground and settle into the space. While you lie in a comfortable position, the energy work begins. Every session is uniquely tailored to your intention; For example, I may align or clear your chakras, perform cord cutting, invite in crystal healing and pull oracle and tarot card. During the energy work I receive channeled messages from your angels and guides which will support you in your ongoing healing journey. 

Once the energy work and channeling are complete, you are gently guided back into a more alert and awakened state to discuss your experience. We conclude the session by going over the channeled messages and you leave with tools and practices such as journal prompts, recommendations and suggestions to benefit the intention set in the beginning of the session.
